CentreCourt Developments is one of Toronto's fastest-growing real estate developers, and the company has managed to impress consumers quite profoundly. CEO Andrew Hoffman is the former COO of Menkes Developments. In 2010, Hoffman decided to leave this well-known company and tried to open his own development company. The company's executive team blended experience and young people, which was more apparent when Hoffman appointed Shamez Virani as the company's president. Virani graduated from Columbia University and is responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations.
